Dr. Oldfield grew up in a small rural town outside of Seattle Washington. She graduated from naturopathic medical School in 2000 and ran a busy practice in Seattle, West Seattle Natural Medicine, for 18 years until she and her family decided they’d had enough of the city and decided to change their lives in a big way and move to Canada and back to a rural area. She relocated with her family to Nelson BC in 2017 and opened Willow Healing Arts in Salmo, BC in 2018. She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Washington then attended medical school at Bastyr University. Since 2002 she has owned West Seattle Natural Medicine in Seattle WA, where she is currently medical director.
